Beet Kvass contains Betaine, a compound which revs up enzymatic activity in your liver. Drinking 2-4 ounces before a meal is a great way to ensure your body removes as many toxins as it can from your food.
As this is a natural product, the flavor and quality of the product may change from batch to batch. Batches are usually made new every week.
Note: Beet Kvass, like champagne, can build up some pressure while sitting in storage or on the shelf. When opening, point the top of the bottle downwards into a cup placed into a sink. Open the bottle quickly to allow a larger opening for pressure to escape. Ensure nothing that can be stained is within reach.
